The attorneys and staff at NWEPP have acted as foster parents and/or adoptive parents and have been care-givers for elderly and disabled family members. NWEPP has two locations to serve you. In the Fremont District of Seattle, we are seconds from the Aurora Bridge and minutes from I-5.  In Port Ludlow, we are located just 2 miles from the Hood Canal Bridge on Hwy 104. Our firm serves Snohomish, King, Pierce, Kitsap, Jefferson & Clallam Counties.
