Our philosophy is to facilitate harmony among family members whenever possible. However, the attorneys at NWEPP have extensive litigation experience in trial and appellate courts, and will not hesitate to pursue a civil action if our clients are being defrauded or their rights are not being protected. We represent clients in federal and state court when litigation becomes necessary. However, when possible, our preference is to utilize the Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA) to reduce the stress and expense of traditional litigation. |
