Northwest Estate Planning & Probate, P.S. (NWEPP), is a law firm whose practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Guardianships, and Elder Law. NWEPP serves young families, those in the end stages of life, and everyone in between. You should create or review your estate plan any time you have a major life event, such as having a child, getting married or divorced, if you retire, purchase or sell a home, or a loved one dies.
Our firm is family-oriented and takes great pride in our personal and professional goal to prioritize family and support those among us who are most vulnerable – whether children or adults. The attorneys and staff at NWEPP have acted as foster parents and/or adoptive parents and have been care-givers for elderly and disabled family members. Our firm prioritizes family; we understand that being a caregiver is both rewarding and strenuous. We want to give you the same level of understanding and support we give to our own NWEPP families.
NWEPP is in the Fremont District in Seattle. We are seconds from the Aurora Bridge and minutes from I-5. We routinely meet in the homes of clients that reside in Clallam, Jefferson, or Kitsap Counties. Zoom meetings are available on request. When we meet with you in person, we comply with all CDC/Washington State Bar Association Covid 19 Protocols
If you need end of life planning and are home-bound, in hospice, in a nursing home or medical facility, or simply not able to travel, we will travel to you.
